When to Book – You should always allow yourself enough time for scheduling and availability. Depending on the service, a month is usually sufficient.
Hold Date – You may put a date on hold at any time, which gives you the right of first refusal. The date must be secured within seven days of the date of service, or the date may be given away.
Secure Date – You may secure your date at any time by placing your deposit.
Deposit – An estimated 50% deposit will be required in order to start any work.
When to Pay – You will need to place an estimated 50% deposit before the start of the project, and the remaining balance at the completion of the project.
Work Release – All work must be paid in full before it’s release.
Payment Options – You may pay with cash, check, or credit card (credit card payments require a 3% up charge).
Cancellation – You may cancel a date without loss of deposit at any time prior to seven days of the date of service. If you cancel a date within seven days of the date of service without rescheduling, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel a date within seven days of the date of service and reschedule, Jay will then apply half of the deposit to the new date.
